Steph's playlists and fav positions

Ever wonder what the process is like for our Leaders as they create a class? We asked Steph how she puts together her class playlists and what her favourite positions are to use.

"I like to have a mix of old and new songs when I put my playlists together. I try and keep it diverse enough that there’s something for everyone. Music is such a strong motivator and is a key component to an energetic and effective class. I like to use songs that personally motivate me too - it helps me to bring that natural energy when I lead others through a class, and can be a huge game changer during those last 8 counts!

One of my favourite plies is working from a narrow position. I can tailor it to focus on glutes, quads, calves, or even inner thighs. It’s a great go-to position that is versatile enough to keep interesting while still getting that killer burn.

Also... anyone who’s taken my class(es) knows I love a good tricep exercise or plank track. One or both are guaranteed when I get on the mic!"
