We love bringing Local to your living rooms with our online workout options! All the classes available on Local Digital or on our Instagram Live can be done without any props at all - you’ll still get a great workout! However, you might have some items at home that could work as great substitutes! We’ve compiled a list of household items that can be used as barre props for you to try out here.
