Digital Series are programs, or groups of classes with a unique concept. If you’re looking for extra content, more accountability, to be challenged in new ways, or to just switch things up with your at-home workouts, our Series will bring you just that.

Level Up is designed to increase your strength and test your endurance even further. It’s sweaty. It’s challenging. And as always - It’s FUN! The Level Up series has been designed to challenge the entire body by building deep strength and pushing your endurance. Each class alternates between strength focused and HIIT style workouts. These 8 classes will leave you feeling stronger, improve your stamina, and help you to Level Up your workouts from home. Optional props used are light & heavy weights, sliders, and a mat. (Intended to provide an extra challenge, but as always, modifications are given)
This 8 class Series is suggested to be completed in 14 days with the flexibility to do it on your own schedule. Level Up can be done ANYTIME & will always be available for you to go back to after purchasing.
