Freezer Vegetable Beef Barley Soup
This recipe made FOUR freezer meals. You will need 4 large freezer bags. It is such a quick and easy meal to heat up on a busy weeknight!
Add everything to pot except beef. Boil. Simmer 1.5 hrs. Brown beef in a pan. Add beef to soup and simmer another 30 min. Store in freezer bags. The night before cooking, move frozen bag to your refrigerator to thaw. Heat to serve.
Oat Balls
I eat these every morning for breakfast - whether it is at home, in the car, or when I get to work! My 5 year old daughter loves them too! You can swap out any of the ingredients to make them your own!
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl. Chill for half an hour. Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Store in the freezer. Best served chilled. These keep for a long time!
