Babes & Barre is back!

We’re so excited to launch a fall session of our cutest class - Babes & Barre! Back by popular demand, these Mommy & Me classes are designed for new mamas. Working safely, we will provide a full body workout designed especially for new moms while working within the same Local Barre structure you know and love.

We’re keeping the classes small and intimate to keep you and your babe safe. The class capacity is even smaller than regular classes to make sure there is more than enough room for you, your babe, and all of your belongings!

The classes are grouped into a five week session with the same group every week to keep things consistent. Quantity for this session pass is extremely limited due to the safety policies put in place. The class is every Wednesday at 10:45am in both YQR & YXE. The five week session is $92 - there is no option for drop-ins due to limited availability. Carriers are required for the class and will be used for the majority of the class - please bring your own, we will not have any to lend!

What is the age limit for babes & barre?

Babies over the age of six weeks (after mamas have been cleared for exercise) and who are not yet crawling.

When does the session start?

The session starts on October 7th and runs for five weeks. The class is every Wednesday at 10:45am.

How much is the pass?

The five week session pass is $92.

Is there a Drop In option?

Due to the limited availability the classes are being sold as a five week session with no drop in option.

What if I miss a class? Can I make it up another time?

We treat these classes as a session in its entirety, so there unfortunately isn’t an opportunity to make up for a lost class!

Do you provide childcare for other children during the class?

We will not have additional childcare available at this time during the session. Please attend with just you and your baby!
