Vacation Freeze Request

Important Information
Need to put your Loyalty Membership on hold? No problem! Loyalty Members receive one complimentary freeze per 12 month period. Memberships can be put on hold for a maximum of 8 consecutive weeks at a time. Additional freezes per this 12 month period can be processed with a $20 fee. This fee will be charged to the card associated with your profile. Please submit requests at least 3 days prior to the freeze start date.
Please note that upon returning from a freeze, memberships will be considered active. If you wish to cancel your membership, 30 days notice may be given at this time while your membership is considered active.
